Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you have received and decide to request a return.  You must make your request within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, counting from the date of your delivery.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost on non-defective returns.
  • All items must be unused, in perfect, resellable condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Shipping and upgraded delivery services (DHL, Shipping with Insurance & Tracking services) are not refundable.  We provide free shipping for all of our customers, but if you decide to upgrade your shipping service, it is non-refundable.

It is very important to provide the correct shipping address when you place your order.  In the event of a typo or mistake, we ask that you send us an email immediately or use this contact form.  If we are notified within the first 2 hours, we will be able to modify the address.  If your product has been shipped, then, unfortunately, there is no way to change the shipping address while in transit.

Please include your order number and your correct address.  We will usually check our messages before processing orders for the day.  Therefore, if you contact us within the first two hours, we will be able to make the change in time.

If the order has been processed and shipped, there isn’t a guaranteed way to intercept the package, so it is of the utmost importance to provide a correct shipping address at the time of placing your order.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  This is because we use several fulfillment warehouses in China and the U.S.  If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

So all is fine, we are Real Residual Inc.  If you decide to pay by credit card directly through our Stripe Merchant account, then you should see Ohhhome.com as the merchant.  An additional receipt should follow from Stripe directly to you shortly.
