Orders and Shipping

The entire shipping timeframe is between 12 ~ 20 business days, which means it may take 45 days or more.  However, our customers have reported that it usually takes less than 2 weeks for their order to arrive, and sometimes sooner than that.  Although it is highly dependent on the country you reside and its customs policies, we’ll try to get your product out of the door as soon as possible.

Your account will be created automatically when you place an order, or you can click on the Login/Register link at the top right of the page.

If you have an account, you can log in to your account area and select “Addresses” in the sidebar.  You can edit your Billing and Shipping address.

If you have a guest account, please use the contact form or email us at [email protected], we’ll have to modify your address manually.

Your order status is trackable in your account area.  Select ORDERS in the sidebar.

You can also use the tracking order link if you have a guest account.

At OhhHome.com, we never keep any credit card information on our server or any of our databases.  When you enter your credit card information, it is sent directly to the merchant processing by either PayPal or Stripe.  Once your payment has been received, we received a serial number from either service, giving us the go-ahead to process your order.  Since never have access to your credit card information, even if our servers were to be compromised, your data is still safe.

We ship to over 200 countries in the world!

Chances are, yours is one of them.  Please place your order and select the country as the destination.  If we do not ship to your country, it won’t be available in the dropdown.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  This is because we use several fulfillment warehouses in China and U.S.  If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Once we receive your images, we will get back to you with the procedures on replacing or refunding your order.  Please do not worry, we will make it right or refund your order in full.

Damaged items are a bit complicated, it may involve the logistic carrier, therefore, if you suspect that the item might be damaged in transit, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.

We will try our best to change your address on file, but if your order was processed and shipped, then there is very little we can do.    Please make sure to provide the correct address when you place your order.

 

Yes, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can definitely cancel and provide a full refund.

Any cancellation request after the first 2 hours will be on a case by case basis.  If we have not shipped your order, then we should be able to cancel it in time.  However, it is not guaranteed as once an item is in transit, it is out of our hands.

With that being said, we understand circumstances change and you might have a change of heart, so in case your order is already in transit, just let us know that you don’t want it anymore and refuse it at delivery.  We will process your refund once the tracking record shows refusal and the item is being returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, our shopping system will take the item offline once it is out of stock.  But feel free to contact us if you see something you like but not yet available in our store.
